Spotlessly clean , great historical art work, food was sensational . I've been a few times now . Just gets better each time . Highly recommend

Great country pub, great food, friendly service. What I have been missing since moving to Melbourne a good country pub.
Have been twice and recommended to a few people and without exception have all enjoyed the meal and friendly service. Jodie was the waitress and super friendly and efficient without being intrusive. I had the risotto on one occasion and it was delicious. Will be going again very soon.
Lovely little spot for an authentic country pub meal. As you walk in the door your senses are filled with the lovely smell of food. We had the porerhouse steak and my partner has the seafood platter, it came in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. Good service at the bar. There is also a cat wandering around the dining room, which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation but at least it's friendly and not in the way. Could use some updated decor.
